My daughter plays competitive basketball and loves these braces. We found them at Academy Sporting Goods and they only have Mediums in stock. The casing that holds the rigid plastic side support wears out very quickly and tears at the bottom. We are going to order her a size Small to see if that will help prolong the wear. If not, we will be switching to another brand.

This brace runs a very close second to the $1200 articulating molded one on the other ankle. It provides comparable support to the ankle with solid, firm sides for support and with soft interior for comfort.
