Warmth and compression helps support moderate ankle sprains and instability. The therapeutic warmth keeps ligaments flexible and the compression helps contain inflammation while supporting the ankle. This product is a sleeve that slips on your foot like a sock.
Correct sizing is important for your support product to work correctly, be sure and follow the measurement instructions carefully and if your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size.
Sizing is based on your shoe size, be sure to note the difference between Women's and Men's sizes.
