This wrap provides relief for both hot or cold foot and ankle therapy needs, helps alleviate symptoms from sprains and strains, post-surgery discomfort, joint stiffness and swelling. Made of a tough, flexible gel covered with a four-way stretch material, which allows maximum conformity, heat transfer, and comfort, the Elasto-Gel Foot and Ankle Therapy Wrap is durable and easy to use.
A single product serves both hot or cold applications and is universal for either foot. For cold treatment -Simply Place in the Freezer! The cold wrap will usually numb treated areas within 5 minutes, without the harsh shock and pain sometimes associated with ice or ice water treatments. The wraps remains cold for 20 to 40 minutes and remains soft and flexible at temperatures as low as -20 degrees F .
For Heat Treatment - Heat in the Microwave or Conventional Oven! Moist heat quickly penetrates muscles and joints when a warm wrap is applied. The wrap will continue to provide moist heat for 20 to 30 minutes before reheating is necessary.
Care Instructions - (Directions Included) Always place in a re-sealable bag when storing in the freezer.
